Terms of Service – Free Trial Terminator™

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Free Trial Terminator™ website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Free Trial Terminator™ is owned and operated by Free Trial Terminator Technologies, LLC (“FTT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Free Trial Terminator™ helps users cancel free trials and subscriptions. We act as a cancellation assistance and monitoring service — not as the merchant, not as the billing provider, and not as a refund processor.
We do not access your emails, passwords, or third-party account credentials. We attempt cancellations using information you voluntarily provide and document the process.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Nature of the Service
Free Trial Terminator™ is an availability-based, concierge-style cancellation service.
We do not guarantee:
- Successful cancellation by third-party merchants
- Refunds from merchants
- Prevention of all charges
Our obligation is to initiate and document cancellation attempts using reasonable efforts.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Submit cancellation requests in a timely manner
- Review merchant terms independently
- Monitor your own billing statements
You acknowledge that delays in providing information may result in charges beyond our control.
4. Payments & Billing
All fees are billed in advance and processed through Stripe.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan. Fees are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference. No refunds are provided for unused time, inactivity, or after cancellation work begins.
6. Security & Privacy
Our systems are designed so that we cannot access your emails, passwords, or third-party account credentials.
Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy and Security & Privacy page, which are incorporated by reference.
7. Service Availability & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party systems, merchants, or events beyond our control.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FTT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FTT from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of third-party services.
11. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
