Refund Policy – Free Trial Terminator™

Effective Date: January 25, 2026

This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into the Free Trial Terminator™ Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Service (Availability-Based)

Free Trial Terminator™ (“FTT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as an availability-based, concierge-style cancellation service. Similar to insurance, legal retainers, and compliance monitoring services, access and readiness begin immediately upon purchase.

Once access is provided, the service is considered earned regardless of whether or how often it is used. Unused time does not qualify for refunds or credits.

2. 60-Day Refund Window

Refund requests are eligible for review only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date
• No cancellation work, monitoring, or concierge activity has begun
• No escalation, outreach, or third-party communication has been initiated

Refund requests submitted after sixty (60) days from purchase will not be considered under any circumstances.

3. Situations Where Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be issued solely at Free Trial Terminator™’s discretion and only in the following limited cases:

• A verified duplicate charge caused by a billing or system error
• A documented technical failure on the FTT platform that prevented a cancellation attempt from being initiated

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following:

• Any cancellation attempt, monitoring action, or concierge work has begun
• More than 60 days have passed since purchase
• The service has been accessed, enabled, or made available
• User inactivity, delayed usage, or change of mind
• Charges resulting from third-party billing cycles, merchant policies, or trial conversion timing
• Requests for refunds of unused or future time
• Concierge, escalation, or manual intervention services
• Promotional, discounted, or early-access plans

Free Trial Terminator™ does not provide prorated refunds or credits.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

support@freetrialterminator.com

To be eligible for review, the request must include:

• Full legal name on the account
• Email address associated with the account
• Transaction ID or receipt number
• Date of purchase
• Detailed reason for the refund request

Incomplete or improperly submitted requests will not be reviewed.

We will acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a final determination within five (5) business days.

6. Stripe & Payment Processor Dispute Protection

By purchasing Free Trial Terminator™, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Charges are for services rendered and access provided, not guaranteed results
• Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by this Refund Policy
• Payment disputes or chargebacks initiated outside this policy constitute a breach of the Terms of Service

FTT maintains detailed service logs, access records, timestamps, and cancellation activity documentation to support dispute resolution with payment processors.

7. International & Cross-Border Compliance

Free Trial Terminator™ operates globally. Refund rights may vary by jurisdiction.

Where local consumer protection laws mandate refund rights that cannot be waived, FTT will comply strictly with those minimum legal requirements. In all other cases, this Refund Policy governs.

No additional refund rights are granted beyond those expressly stated herein.

8. No Waiver & Policy Enforcement

Failure to enforce any provision of this Refund Policy does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Any exceptions granted are one-time accommodations and do not modify or establish precedent for future requests.

9. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing, accessing, or using Free Trial Terminator™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service.
