Security & Privacy by Design

Free Trial Terminator™ is built with security and privacy by design. Our system is architected so that we cannot access user emails, passwords, inbox contents, or third-party account credentials at any time.

This page explains what that means, how our architecture works at a high level, and how your data is protected.

1. Architectural Privacy by Design

Free Trial Terminator™ does not request, receive, store, or process:

  • Email inbox access
  • Email passwords
  • Third-party account usernames or passwords
  • Login credentials for merchants or subscription providers

Because we never receive these credentials, access is not possible by design—not by policy.

2. What We Can and Cannot Access

We CANNOT access:

  • User email inboxes
  • Passwords of any kind
  • Third-party subscription accounts
  • Merchant billing portals

We CAN access:

  • Information you voluntarily submit to initiate a cancellation request
  • System-generated status updates and logs related to cancellation attempts
  • Support communications you choose to send to us

3. Why This Matters

Many subscription management tools rely on credential scraping or inbox monitoring. Free Trial Terminator™ intentionally does not.

This design choice:

  • Reduces breach risk
  • Eliminates credential storage liability
  • Improves user trust
  • Simplifies global compliance

4. Payments and Financial Data

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Free Trial Terminator™ never stores or processes credit card numbers or banking information.

5. Data Security Measures

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

6. International Users

Free Trial Terminator™ operates globally. Where applicable, we comply with relevant data protection laws, including GDPR and similar regulations.
